Ich habe am 25.09.2023 die Vertragsübernahme meines Sohnes gestartet. Der Magenta Mobil Young meines Sohnes ist seit 27.09.2023 gekündigt. Leider habe ich bisher keine Mitteilung zur Übernahme des Vertrages und Umwandlung in eine PlusKarte erhalten. Wie lange dauert dieser Prozess ?
