Hallo,

ich habe mit meinem Iphone 8 Plus von Vodafone zur Telekom gewechselt. Seitdem funktioniert die Visual Voice Mail nicht mehr.

iphone 8 Plus

iOS 14.4.2

VVM an 3011 angeschickt (mehrfach) und Bestätigung der Einrichtung per SMS erhalten

Handy rebootet

Handy zurückgesetzt

Voicemail per 3011 funktioniert.

Visual Voicemail funktioniert nicht.
