Hallo zusammen,

ich versuche verzweifelt die VVM auf dem IPhone zu aktivieren.

Laut Anleitung wurde eine SSM mit VVM an die Telekom gesendet, es erfolgt jedoch leider keine bestätigung.

Auch die Mailbox Pro option wurde bereits gebucht. 

Kann jemand sagen woran das liegt?

      Guten Morgen @Burning_Sock,

      die Option Visual Voicmail ist in unseren Prepaidverträgen leider nicht buchbar und das Produkt Mobilbox Pro ist auf dem iPhone nicht verfügbar. Tut mir leid, dass du das gewünschte Produkt nicht nutzen kannst.

      Ah klar, da hätten wir mal als erstes den Postpaid-Status bestätigen lassen sollen 🤦🏻‍♂️
