Hallo,

mein Mobilfunkvertrag endet am 30.11. Ich möchte gerne zu Prepaid wechseln aber meine Rufnummer behalten.

In der App habe ich die Option nirgendwo gefunden. Kann das schon jetzt beantragt werden, sodass nach Ablauf der Mindestvertragslaufzeit direkt auf Prepaid umgestellt wird?
