Xtra Card - Kündigung obwohl Guthaben aufgeladen wurde?

Habe die Kündigung zum 25.2.2019 bekommen. Habe nach Erhalt der Kündigung das Guthaben aufgeladen. Im Kundencenter wird immer noch angezeigt Kündigung 25.02.2019. Aufladung erfolgte schon vor Wochen!
