Hallo,

ich habe total vergessen die Xtra Card meiner Großmutter (ist auf mich registriert) aufzuladen, nun wurde diese deaktiviert

Ich habe gelesen, dass man die Xtra/Prepaid Karte bis zu 112 Tage reaktivieren kann ?

Und der Kundenservice kann das "next pay Datum" um 23 Monate hochsetzen ?
