Ansicht auf IPad nicht nutzbar-Rolladensteuerung kann nicht genutzt werden

Auf meinen beiden I-Pads kann ich die Rollladensteuerung nicht mehr nutzen, da die Ansicht verschoben ist und die Steuerungselemente somit nicht sichtbar sind. Drehen des Ipads und Neuinstallation der App bringen keine Abhilfe. Was kann ich tun? (Siehe Fotos).
