Smart Home APP Installation auf iPhone klappt nicht

Hallo,

versuche seit gestern die Smart Home App auf meinem iPhone 8 zu installieren zur Steuerung der neu gekauften SmartHome Heizkörperthermostate, aber es klappt nicht. Die Zentrale richtet sich nicht ein. Der Download dauert ewig und wenn dann die 100% nach ca. 1 Std. erreicht sind, geht nichts mehr weiter. 

Ich hab schon alles gecheckt. Router hat neuste Version, Handy auch. Lt. meinem Speedport Smart ist Smart Home aktiv.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator


We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites, listed here (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).
