SmartHome magnetische Türkontakte nach 1 Monat defekt

Hallo zusammen,

nachdem ich mir vor einem Monat 2 neue magnetische Türkontakte von SmartHome gekauft habe, sind sie nun schon defekt.

Batterietausch und Reset bringen nichts ( die Lampe leuchtet nach 10 Sekunden und länger gar nicht.

Kann das sein?

oder mache ich was falsch?
