Hallo,

habe seit letztem Monat einen Betrag von watch-it.tv abgebucht bekommen obwohl ich nie einen Vertrag mit dieser abgeschlossen habe. Der Vertrag wurde dennoch gekündigt und eine Drittanbietersperrung eingerichtet aber wie bekomme ich meine Geld zurück? Hat jemand ähnliche Erfahrung gemacht? Danke im Voraus.
