No one came for an appointment set up for yesterday.

Dear all, my apologies for writing in English. Also I'm not sure if this is the write place to write this. If not, could you please let me know where?
I have requested Vodafone services for Internet and they made an appointment for yesterday with a technician from Deutsche Telekom that would come from 8:00 till 16:00 to activate my phone line. I stayed at home the whole day and no one came! You can imagine how frustrating this is- a wasted day of work!
I contacted Vodafone, who apparently has nothing to do with it, as the technician is from Deutsche Telekom. They can only make a new appointment and that's it. Would you agree? If so, how can I know what happened? Why no one came?

I'm sorry that you´ve been waiting the whole day for nothing.
Burny88 is right in saying that Vodafone is your point of contract. They've got their special counterparts to manage these appointments with our technicians and it's not obvious why your phone line wasn't activated that day or even name a reason for it. Sorry!
If Vodafone made a new appointment already, I'm confident and keep my fingers crossed for you, that everything will be fine then. Have a nice day!

Sorry, but it's totally lack of respect with a person to let her waiting for a whole full day without showing up. I will file a complain in the consumer protection. Not sure if it helps, not sure whose fault is that, but someone has to explain me what happened.
I don't understand how Telekom or Vodafone can do it and accept this kind of treatment with clients or potential clients. After this experience I will definitely never order services from Telekom and never again with Vodafone. I feel if cancel with Vodafone now it will take other months to have Internet. As all companies depend on Telekom, as far as I understand!
