Prepaid Aufladung nicht möglich. Aufladesperre entsperren

Guten Abend,

ich wollte mein Prepaid Guthaben aufladen und habe versehentlich den Aufladecode zu oft falsch eingegeben. Nun kommt die Nachricht dass eine Aufladung nicht möglich ist. Es liegt wohl eine Aufladesperre vor. Kann diese wieder entsperrt werden?
