Two personnel number merge - english

Good evening,

I just joined telekom recently but in the process I was issued 2 account numbers.

One for landline internet (DSL), and one for mobile phones (2 phones).

I am trying to merge the two accounts so I can see both using one login.

I have tried adding a contract but it gives me the below error (screenshot) if trying from dsl.

When trying to add DSL to mobile I am unable to even press any contract to add.

I have tried multiple times and changed information on both accounts to match.

I have used the online help desk once and went in person to a store once without issue resolution.

Is it possible to merge customer IDs so they are under one account or add the contracts to the same account. Thank you.

      I have 2 lines with Magenta Mobil S, and have Magenta Home M.

      Hello @Goldnfish,

       

      first of all, welcome to our community.
      It's great that you're with us for both your landline and mobile phone service.
      Have you tried linking them via the MeinMagenta app?
      If a contract is linked to a contract that is already linked to a Telekom login, the user has the option of transferring the link to the new Telekom login. 
      However, the user link remains on the old account and may need to be manually removed and re-established.
      Each connection can only be established once.
      Please let me know here whether it works via the MeinMagenta app.
