Anmeldeverfahren über MagentaTV App abgebrochen

Hallo zusammen,

 

ich habe mir heute kurz vor dem EM Spiel um 15 Uhr die Magenta TV App heruntergeladen.

Daraufhin habe ich dort die Option „mit Apple anmelden“ gewählt, das Abo bestätigt und im Anschluss wurde auch per Paypal abgebucht.

Allerdings kam dann eine Ladebalken, wo es hieß das noch Dinge initialisiert werden mussten.

Jedoch brach dieser ab und nun kann ich mich nicht anmelden.

Nach Login Versuch werde ich wieder zur Option mit den 10 Euro weitergeleitet.

Scheinbar ist mein Account nicht richtig erstellt oder verbunden worden.

    Welche genau? Es gibt 2. Einmal "1. Generation" und einmal ohne diese Erweiterung. Buchbar ist nur noch die Variante MagentaTV 2.0 (die Zahlen dabei im App-Namen nicht sichtbar)

    Das hat geholfen, allerdings scheint kein Abo verknüpft zu sein und ein Login funktioniert weiterhin nicht.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
