Ich habe seit drei, vier Tagen folgendes Problem:

Die Magenta TV App wird auf einem Samsung-TV Modellreihe 2021 eingesetzt.

Seit einigen Tagen habe ich das Problem, dass entweder

a.) der Ton ruckelt

b.) das Bild kurz ruckelt und hängen bleibt

c.) die App im TV-Programm abmeldet und sich selbst beendet.
