Magenta TV funktioniert nicht.

Media Receiver (401 Typ B sw) gestern erhalten und installiert, hängt aber bei 10% mit Fehler F102020. Von der Hotline habe ich per Email folgende Lösung erhalten: https://telekomhilft.telekom.de/t5/Fernsehen/F102004-F102011-F102020-F102025-F102030-bei-MagentaTV/ta-p/3623740

Ich habe alles versucht, das Gerät kann sich trotzdem nicht verbinden.

Ich bitte um eine Lösung.
