Hallo

Ich habe seit März 2022 einen Festnetzvertrag Magenta TV smart.

Wenn ich per MagentaTV app von meinem IPhone 12 pro max auf meinen Fernseher streamen will, klappt das nicht. Nur die Meldung "Buchung erforderlich" kommt.

Ich denke bei meinem Tarif müsste ich nichts mehr dazu buchen. Und was auch?

Vielleicht geht es anderen auch so und man kann mir helfen.
