Muss ständig mein Magenta Box neu starten. Beim Fernseher schauen wird auf einmal das Bild schwarz und ich muß die Stecker vom Box ziehen damit der Box neu startet. Habe bereits Router neugestartet über Magenta App versucht das Problem zu losen bin nicht weiter gekommen. Problem besteht noch. Ist der Box defekt?
