Hallo alle Zusammen,

 

ich habe alle meine Jugendschutzpins (Benutzer-Pin & Erwachsenen- PIN ) vergessen und wollte diese eben ändern.

Ich komme da aber bei dem Telekom ID-PASS nicht weiter, da das System partout nicht meinen Ausweis akzeptieren will. Kann man das auch irgendwie anders machen?
