Hallo,

ich habe folgendes Problem mit meinem Media Receiver 401:

Die ARTE-App wird in den Apps angezeigt und ich kann diese starten. Allerdings komme ich nicht über das Startbild, welches das ARTE-Logo vor dunklem Hintergrund zeigt, hinaus.

Telefonisch konnte man mir auch nach anrufen am 16.03.2023, 22.03.2023 und 14.04.2023 nicht helfen. Kann sich bitte mal jemand der Sache annehmen?
