How do I find out which MagentaTV version I have?

Hallo Zusammen,

wenn ich über den TV ONE versuche die installierten Apps (RTL+, Joyn) zu starten wird kurz das Startbild der App eingeblendet und dann bin ich wieder im App-Bildschirm der TV ONE.

Update für die Apps gibt es nicht.

Nach einem Neustart der TV ONE klappt es einmal, danach wieder das gleiche.

Was kann ich tun?
