Hallo Telekom Hilfeteam,

auch unsere Magenta TV ~~Box~~ ONE hängt häufig und steigt auch oft komplett aus. Dann hilft nur ausschalten und neu starten. Das ist angesichts der Mietrate echt ärgerlich. Mit dem alten System hatten wir diese Fehler nie.

Ich bitte um Zusendung einer neuen ~~Box~~ ONE.
