MagentaTV App startet nicht auf s21

Beim Aufruf der magenta tv App auf meinem Samsung s21 kommt seit gestern immer die Fehlermeldung: Fehler 1000000 , bitte nochmal probieren.

Ich habe die App bereits gelöscht und neu installiert. Auch Daten und Cache löschen hilft nicht.

Alle anderen Apps, zb magenta Mail etc funktionieren.

Was kann ich tun ?
