Mediareceiver 401a nimmt nicht mehr auf

Mein Mediareceiver MR401A nimmt nicht  mehr auf. Habe schon versucht, ihn mit dem Hauptschalter neu zu starten, was auch funktioniert hat. Dennoch zeigt er immer noch die in den Bildern zu sehenden Meldungen an. 

Können Sie mir da weiterhelfen?

    Wenn gemietet, dann tauschen (natürlich sind dann alle gespeicherten Aufnahmen weg.),

    (nur den MR und sich keinen neuen Vertrag aufreden lassen, der wäre dann Magenta-TV 2.0 und OTT

    die MR funktionieren dann nicht mehr).

     

    Könnte sein das die Festplatte def. ist.

    willkommen in der Community Fröhlich

     

    Habt ihr noch weitere Receiver im Einsatz? Sieht für mich so aus, als wäre der MR 401 nicht als Hauptreceiver festgelegt. Du kannst das in den Einstellungen im Bereich Media Receiver/ Receiver-Übersicht überprüfen.

     

    Ansonsten probiere bitte ein manuelles Update am Receiver durchzuführen:

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
