Programminfos in Programmübersicht wird nicht angezeigt

Hallo,

 

ich schaue Magenta über den Fire TV Stick und seit dem letzten Update wird in der Programmübersicht im oberen Bereich nicht mehr die Information über das unten ausgewählte Programm angezeigt. Der Bereich bnleibt einfach leer, alle anderen Funktionen gehen weiterhin problemlos.

Da man in der Programmübersicht nicht immer den Titel der Sendung lesen kann, z.B. wenn sie sehr kurz ist, ist das ein Thema das regelmäßig nervt.

 

Hierfür wäre eine Lösung dringend notwendig.

    Du bist in der Tat damit nicht allein. Der Fehler ist bereits bekannt und es wird im Hintergrund an einer Lösung gearbeitet. Ich hoffe ebenfalls, dass der Bereich bald wieder funktioniert.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator


We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites, listed here (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).
