Hallo,

hab wohl aufgrund Unwissenheit nur den Basic 2.0 Tarif gebucht. Nun habe ich festgestellt, dass dies ja gar nicht mit dem FireStick funktioniert. Nun habe ich gelesen das dies wohl mit dem Flex Tarif funktionieren soll.

Ich wollte nun im Kundencenter den Tarif wechseln. Dies geht allerdings nicht.

Kann mir hier jemand weiterhelfen? Grundsätzlich "upgrade" ich den Tarif ja.
