Mein Deutsch ist nicht gut. Ich entschuldige mich. Ich bin in den Vereinigten Staaten.
Mein Vertrag wurde im Juni 2023 deaktiviert. Ich muss meine Telefonnummer reaktivieren. Ist es möglich, mit der Telefonnummer einen Monatsvertrag abzuschließen? Ich habe immer noch die SIM-Karte.

My contract was deactivated in June 2023. I need to reactivate my phone number. Is it possible to sign a monthly contract with the phone number? I still have the SIM card.

I remember reading a similar case recently where a Telekom team member told us that mobile telephone numbers could be reinstated up to 112 days after the previous contact was terminated.
I see you have entered contact details into your profile, so I will call a team member to get in contact with you. I will advise the team that you will need assistance in English. This could however mean a little longer waiting time.

Vielen Dank! E-Mail ist der beste Weg, mit mir in Kontakt zu treten. Ich habe einen Freund in Deutschland, der auch einen Telekom-Store besuchen wird. Sie wird versuchen, es auch dort zu aktivieren.

I was able to set up my contract and payment through the customer center. Let me know if there is anything else I should do.
