prepaid aufladung per Kontoabbuchung

Warum kann ich seit der neuen Prepaidaufladung nicht mehr den Betrag von meinem Konto abbuchen lassen? Die Festnetzrechnung wird ja auch jeden Monat von meinem Konto abgebucht! Zur Auswahl steht nur noch: Kreditkarte, PayPal und oder AmazonPay. Was soll der Mist ??

      Aktuell nicht. Wir haben den Verbesserungsvorschlag weitergegeben, ob dieser umgesetzt wird, werden wir aber auch erst dann sehen, wenn es irgendwann weitere Zahlungsmöglichkeiten gibt. Bis dahin können wir nur Daumendrücken.
