Best way for account support in English

I am looking to speak with someone as I am trying to connect my landline and mobile accounts into one online login and am receiving an error.  Is there someone who can help me in English?

      Hi @EzrasDad,

       

      I have translated the steps to add your mobile phone account to the DSL account.

       

      1. Log in to the customer center with your DSL an landline Telekom Login and go to the "Verträge" tile and click on "Verträge verwalten".
      2. Click on "Vertrag hinzufügen".
      3. Now choose between "Privater Vertrag" or "Geschäftlicher Vertrag".
      4. In the next view, you will see the already linked contracts including user roles.
      5. Click on "Vertragsinhaber" or "Nutzer" tab and then on "Mobilfunk-Vertrag hinzufügen" and enter your mobile phone number. And follow the instructions afterwards.

      Yes, I have done this a number of times, however, when I complete it, I get an error message.  It says I need to contact customer service.
