Falscher Name im Profil

Hallo,

ich habe den Vertrag von meinem verstorbenen Mann übernommen, alle Daten wurden geändert aber im Profil steht immer noch sein Name. Habe schon mehrmals telefonisch versucht Hilfe zu bekommen aber hat sich nichts getan. Hoffentlich klappts auf diesem Weg.
