Ich soll mein Email Passwort ändern. 1.Schritt Bestätigungscode per SMS

2.Schritt Bestätigungscode per Email bestätigen. Wie bitte soll ich an den 2.Code kommen, wenn ich mich beim Email nicht einloggen kann, um genau das Problem zu lösen?
