About the termination of the contract

Hello, 

on 13th October, the telecom salesmen have come on the apartment door and sold me a 300 Mbits/s glasfibre contract and I have still not received the "Eingangsbestätigung" and I do not want to continue. I want to terminate my contract with telecome.

I have also send an email regarding the termination to widerruf@telekom.de and then I have received an automatic no reply email answer that it cannot be done since they are asking for customer and application number which I do not have. 

Could you please help me in that regard?
