Assistance in English requested

Hello there,

 

I am trying to upgrade my internet plan. When I select a new plan, it tells me there is an order pending however I cannot see any pending orders in my Telekom profile. Could you please check what is pending for me? I am trying to upgrade to MagentazuHauseXL

    This seems to be something the Telekom support team needs to look into.

     

    I'll highlight this thread to the team, however it may take some time for them to contact you as the they're quite busy most of the time.
