Broadband not functioning since the address change

Hello. 

I moved and informed Telekom about the address change. However my internet is still not working. I tried rebooting the router a few times with no luck. I see the following error message: PPPoE-Fehler (e2). 

Could someone help, please?

      So I've booked the technician's appointment for you.

      Please make sure he has access to the telephone-socket in your flat, as well as to the so-called APL in the basement of the house. The APL distributes the connection in the whole building.
