Telekom sales agents came to my home a few months ago. I listened to their offer, but I never signed anything, never agreed to switch, and never gave any consent.
They later sent me emails asking me to confirm the order, but I ignored them because I had not agreed to anything.
Now, a month ago, I suddenly received a full contract confirmation, multiple phone numbers assigned to me, and even a scheduled technician appointment — all without my permission.
I’m really confused and concerned, because I never entered into any contract.
What is the correct way to cancel this and ensure Telekom fully removes the contract from their system so I don’t get charged for anything?

That will be difficult. You shouldn't have ignored the order confirmation. Cancellation would be possible after two years. The 14-day right of withdrawal is also no longer possible, as the deadline has passed.0
