Cancel Contract

Telekom sales agents came to my home a few months ago. I listened to their offer, but I never signed anything, never agreed to switch, and never gave any consent.
They later sent me emails asking me to confirm the order, but I ignored them because I had not agreed to anything.
Now, a month ago, I suddenly received a full contract confirmation, multiple phone numbers assigned to me, and even a scheduled technician appointment — all without my permission.
I’m really confused and concerned, because I never entered into any contract.
What is the correct way to cancel this and ensure Telekom fully removes the contract from their system so I don’t get charged for anything?

That will be difficult. You shouldn't have ignored the order confirmation. Cancellation would be possible after two years. The 14-day right of withdrawal is also no longer possible, as the deadline has passed.4

Moreover, I don’t understand how a binding contract can be assumed just because I spoke to a door-to-door salesperson. I never signed any document or confirmed anything in writing.
Please explain how a contract can be considered valid under these circumstances.

The contract doesn't start on the day the service is provided, but rather on the day after you receive the order confirmation. The 14-day cancellation period begins from that date. Since you unfortunately ignored this and the cancellation period has expired, the contract is now valid for 24 months, and you can cancel it for November 2027.

thank you for your reply. I want to clarify again that I never placed or signed this order. I only received an email confirmation for an order I never made, but I did
not receive any letter. I was also abroad for two months, so I could not react earlier.
Since the contract has not started, no service has been provided, and I never gave any consent, I kindly ask you to review my request again. This order was never authorized by me, and I request that it be cancelled.

Hello @Reaman, I have reviewed your order again. We have a signed provider change order from you, dated April 29, 2024. We send the provider change documents by mail to unverified email addresses. Therefore, it is not possible to cancel this order. If the technician determines on December 15, 2025, between 8:00 AM and 1:00 PM that the connection cannot be activated for technical reasons, early termination of the contract is possible.
