Dear Team 

Due to come back to South Korea, I'd like to cancel the WIFI network service on 30th of June.

Would you please let me know the process??

      Hi @user_6ccb54, there is a form for that.

      Choose "Kündigung aus besonderen Gründen" (cancellation due to special reasons), then "Kündigung wegen Umzug ins Ausland" (cancellation because of moving abroad).

      You will need to enter your customer ID ("Kundennummer").

      If you rented a router or other hardware from Telekom, these need to be cancelled extra. In this case, please leave a not here and wait for a member oft the support team to help you.

      I'm input the information, The Form is requiring to put the Vorwahl / Rufnummer.

      However due to no have phone contract, I cannot put the numbers in the below blank. 

      What should I do now??

      every internet contract has a landline number. Which is asking you to put in. 

       

      However, please do not use the normal termination form if you still have time left on your contract. As it will put the termination at the end of that time.

      To terminate your contract due to a move abroad, we need proof that the move is taking place. Such as a deregistration or another document confirming this.

      Then we can submit the cancellation. The cancellation always takes place at x + 1 month.
