Double charged

Every month I keep getting double charged for a connection that I was supposed to have in the future and didn’t yet. I moved houses in April so I came with the connection and they did not have fiber optic in the building so they gave me a normal connection and they charge me for it, but they said that once there is fiber connection in the building, I can change however since April, I am using The zuhause connection, but they keep charging me for fiber optic as well The fiber optic connection that I don’t even have yet that was not even connected in the building. I spoke to two people on WhatsApp telekom help!!, who said they will resolve it since April and it has not been resolved yet the worst customer service ever. I switched from Vodafone to Telekom and I feel like I made a huge mistake.
