[English] I am unable to link my glasvertrag to my Telekom online account.

Hi, 

 

Can anyone assist me in connecting my newly activated fiber optics subscription to my existing online telekom account, I would like to able to see my invoices online, and manage it from there as well, but I don't know how to correctly link it.

When I try to use the phone I registered with when I set up the connection it's asking me to create a new Telekom ID, which I don't really want right now.

I already received notifications and email related to my connection on the same email that my account is created. 


https://glasfaser.telekom.de/kundencenter/orders..  shows me that I can see it in my Kundecenter

I don't have any extra login information to set this up, I only have the customer number that I was given after the subscription was activated, and two order numbers.

    Of course, you have a landline phone number.

    Please take a look at your order confirmation. You will find three phone numbers assigned to you there. Fröhlich
