[English] I am unable to link my glasvertrag to my Telekom online account.

Hi, 

 

Can anyone assist me in connecting my newly activated fiber optics subscription to my existing online telekom account, I would like to able to see my invoices online, and manage it from there as well, but I don't know how to correctly link it.

When I try to use the phone I registered with when I set up the connection it's asking me to create a new Telekom ID, which I don't really want right now.

I already received notifications and email related to my connection on the same email that my account is created. 


https://glasfaser.telekom.de/kundencenter/orders..  shows me that I can see it in my Kundecenter

I don't have any extra login information to set this up, I only have the customer number that I was given after the subscription was activated, and two order numbers.

      Hello @mihai.i,

       

      what happens when you click on "Vertrag hinzufügen" so "add contract"? Are you able to enter your contract information or does it show you an error message?

       

      You should be able to log in into the App with the same login information as on your website.
