Hybrid LTE Anteil funktioniert nicht

(Entschuldigung, dass ich auf Englisch schreibe)
Hello,
Since 10 days I have a Speedport Hybrid, but the LTE part never worked. It connects through DSL just fine, but the ' LTE ' led on the router is off, even though I have 3 out of 5 bars. I bought an external antenna because I thought the signal strength was the problem, but I don't think it is. In the system logs of the router it says (many times):
Hybrid Server nicht über LTE erreichbar (HA001)
It also gives the following details about the LTE signal strength
LTE -ZellInfo: PLMN = 26201, CellID = 36069126, Band = LTE2600, RSRP = -94dBm, RSRQ = -9dB (LT004)
LTE -ZellInfo: PLMN = 26201, CellID = 36069126, Band = LTE2600, RSRP = -94dBm, RSRQ = -9dB (LT004)
In the hidden engineering menu at http://speedport.ip/engineer/html/lteinfo.html I see
Device Status | Attached |
SIM Card Status | SIM OK |
Antenna Mode | Antenna set to external |
Physical Cell ID | 97 |
Cell ID | 36069126 |
RSRP | -94 |
RSRQ | -9 |
Service Status | Effective service |
TAC | 1494 |
Dedicated EPS Bearer | Deactive |
LTE tunnel ( LTE :tun) | Down |
DSL tunnel (DSL:tun) | Down |

On http://speedport.ip/engineer/html/bonding_client.html?lang=en it says (under " LTE Info")

Intf | rmnet0 |
Local Addr | 2a01:xxxx:xxxx:xxxx:xxxx:xxxx:xxxx:9208 |
Remote Addr | 2003:xxxx:xxxx::1 |
And finally on http://speedport.ip/engineer/html/interface.html?lang=en (under "Line status") it says

rmnet0 | 1436 | 426 | 0 | 169 | 0 | 0 |
My conclusion is that the LTE interface is up and that signal strength is (should be) sufficient, but that it somehow doesn't work anyway? What can I do to resolve this?

As discussed, after consulting with my colleague, I have ordered the hybrid option for you. Tomorrow is the day.
Please test if everything worked and give me feedback afterwards.

Hi Jonas,
sorry that it took so long to get back to you. I rebooted the router a few times in the past week or so but the LTE light never switched on. I assumed there was a delay in enabling the hybrid option or something, so I waited until I the LTE light switched on (after reboot). It never did. Still doesn't.
Only today I had some time to log into the router to see what was actually happening, and it turns out that everything is nevertheless now working as expected! I can remove the DSL cable to simulate a cable failure, and even if I do that, my internet connection is still functional - but now through LTE ! Amazing. The error messages in the system log have also disappeared. Thank you so much for your help in getting this sorted.
All the best,
Ed
