Hello,

I recently just moved towns and my internet connection. My Speedport Router now displays white lights on “Status, Link, and Online” and my networks shows up on my devices. However, when I connect and try to use the internet, I receive an error stating that my connection is not active. I’m not sure what I am missing here.. any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
