internet interruptions and disconnection from game

Hi, i have opened a ticket before (at 13.10.2024 14:05) about the internet issues i have, in the recent days it is even more horrible, i cannot play a single game without disconnection.
a very nice lady from your customer support contacted me few times so far and i have shared info as well and tested a few things and she said she is waiting for analysis of the data i shared to come back from her other coalleagues.
but honestly this is unacceptable to me. this interruption is constant and makes me really frustrated.
Please do something or if its not possible cancel the contract all together. this is not the service i bought or paying for! i need it to be stable and without any interruption. i even suggested and shared the info that it seems the quality of the line is low and seems unstable to me. I am sysadmin and understand the work and how it goes. you can ask anything and i will share but please do something!
Please note my German speaking is not good and i would appreciate if someone is calling to be able to speak english.

Contact the provider so that they can spend money and provide a better connection.
Or use a VPN that can handle it.
Otherwise, here are a few more interesting facts about Peering .
Because you can't expect a provider to offer the best connection to all millions of providers.
If a provider has problems with an ISP , the provider has to take care of it.

so opening a issue here is not answered by their support i guess. VPN has nothing to do with this and it is the quality of the line. like SNR.
and Telekom is the provider! the landline is theirs and connection as well.

Sorry, you're paying for an internet connection, not for your gaming pleasure. If your connection is working properly, there must be a problem with either your home network or the game provider.

i am well aware i have not paid for gaming pleasure! thanks for pointing out the obvious. seems it is a tridition here.
i am paying for an stable connection. if they can not provide it then wtf do i pay for?
i have checked everything on my end. PC, router and the wifi.
the issue is the low quality of the line. it is old and the SNR is 9 right now for a line handling max connection of 250 Mbit.
i suggested to them to lower the profile but nothing so far. i have ran every diagonistics they asked and provided to them but it seems it takes ages for them to analyze and answer.
regarding the game, it is a simple card game named Hearthstone which millions play it across EU and the world. i dont think they would have this issue only for me since i started using Telekom network!
i am beginning to think it has no use to open an issue here.

@hamid1 If the Telekom line is stable, opening a ticket won't help. No one at the troubleshooting center can restore your gaming fun. What does a speed test on breitbandmessung.de say? Please provide information about your tarif and the test. What devices are being used? Are powerlines being used? How are you connected? LAN or WLAN?

@hamid1 can you name your hardware? Which Router? Which firmware? Who connected? Do you use poerline?

- PC laptop using Wifi connection but always almost full bars and stable.
- Router is FRITZ!Box 7530 AX (brand new router) the latest firmware is being used and its on Auto update. using recommended setting for radio channel which i assume its 100% Maximum transmission power
- one pc (windows OS ) and my phone is connected (iPhone)
- Are powerlines being used? No
- the speed test is usually Ok, but last saturday night i took a test which seems the link has been removed now by speedtest service. my download speed was lowered down to 50Mb.
its not working but i wish i had taken a screenshot of it
i guess i will take it again next time.
but to help you see more clearly how unstable it is and how packets drop, check the below image. i have a running smoke ping server which i have added confs to check some servers of the game provided and telekom and google. here shows how many packet dropped:
- please note the blue and purple colors which indicates how many packet dropped during those times

@hamid1 Please do a current test now at www.breitbandmessung.de . The 7530 is not exactly new but should cope well with a 50 M/bit line. There are also no known problems with the Internet connection with Blizzard.

And the automatic update agent installed OS 08.00?
For 6 weeks, I had to learn that at least 8 people using a Fritzbox equipped
with a firmwareversion released in April respectively June 2024.
In all cases the update agent was "sleeping"...

@*Paz Vizsla* i said "brand New", it means i just opened the package when i got the contract with Telekom and it is New and not Used!
regarding the speed test, even right now it shows fluctuation of the bandwith. the speed should be 250 Mbit (Download) and 50 Mbit (Upload)
so what you are saying is the router causing the issue? based on what research you say that 7530 is not able to handle this speed?
@Frustrierter Helfer a.D. you were right, as i checked even tho the router did search for the latest firmware file to update, it was not updated.
i updated it manually now from ver. 7.8 to ver. 8.

@hamid1 thank you for the pleasant call. From our end the connection looks good. By comparing the synchronized speed in your router and the speedtest we found out that you are loosing more than 100 MBit/s download speed.
Moreover, there was no significant package loss logged in the last week. I am currently of the opinion that the issue lies with your local Wi-Fi.
We agreed on you testing a cable connection for a couple of days. I am waiting for your feedback.

@Sören G. Thank you for the call and the guidance. it seems the issue was exactly interferance on the wifi signals.
i know what to do now.
i moved the pc to the living room and directly connected to the router via ethernet cable.
i few times very rarely (4 times in the past 3 days) i got disconnected still from the game, but the internet connection itself seems much stable when connected directly.
consider the issue resolved.
