internet interruptions and disconnection from game

Hi, i have opened a ticket before (at 13.10.2024 14:05) about the internet issues i have, in the recent days it is even more horrible, i cannot play a single game without disconnection.
a very nice lady from your customer support contacted me few times so far and i have shared info as well and tested a few things and she said she is waiting for analysis of the data i shared to come back from her other coalleagues.
but honestly this is unacceptable to me. this interruption is constant and makes me really frustrated.
Please do something or if its not possible cancel the contract all together. this is not the service i bought or paying for! i need it to be stable and without any interruption. i even suggested and shared the info that it seems the quality of the line is low and seems unstable to me. I am sysadmin and understand the work and how it goes. you can ask anything and i will share but please do something!
Please note my German speaking is not good and i would appreciate if someone is calling to be able to speak english.
