Internet not turned on

Sorry I do not speak German. My internet was scheduled to activate on 4/12/2020. I later learned the activation date was pushed to 7/12/2020. as of today I still do not have internet and don't know what the issue is. A ticket was put in by a local store technician but I did not god any information. I also asked if they needed the room number of my apartment building to activate the internet and they said no. Is this true?

I am using a Speedport smart 3 with DSL connection. 

 

My Modem while plugged in has a solid white status light. The link light will sometimes flash white a few times before turning off for a bit. This cycles.
