musste Kündigen zum 15.ß0.2019 - allerdings noch keine Kündigungsbestätigung erhalten !?!

Hallo,
aufgrund meines Umzuges musste ich den Magenta - Vertag kündigen, warte aber gefühlt seit ca. 4 Wochen auf eine Bestätigung.
Und jetzt liebe Telekom das Schärfste (mit Augenzwinkern...) : die Vodafone - Servicewüste war sogar deutlich schneller als Ihr... !
Was ist da los ?
