Hallo, am 14.6. hab ich eine Neuvertrag Internet und TV bestellt. Am 22.6. habt ihr angeblich mitgeteilt das keine Leitung frei wäre???? Die vorigen Mieter dieser Wohnung hatten doch auch einen Festnetzanschluss. Hab jetzt noch mal neu Internet und TV abgeschlossen. Ich hoffe es klappt jetzt. Woran liegt das????
