Hallo,

wie kann es sein das die Telekom meine gemeldete Störung einfach storniert.

Seit 16.04 hab ich kompletten Glasfaser Ausfall.

Könnte man jetzt einfach kündigen weil Vertrag nicht erfüllt wird?

Und Magenta App funktioniert jetzt auch nicht mehr.
