Telekom beschweren - niemand hilft

Hello everyone,
Excuse me for writing in English because I do not want to cause any misunderstanding since my written German is not so good.
(But I communicated Telekom always in German with also the help from a native speaker, so please do not say that is a problem with the language in this case)
Short items:
DO NOT MAKE ANY CONTRACTS IN STUTTGART TELEKOM SHOP
MACHEN SIE KEINE VERTRÄGE IM STUTTGART TELEKOM SHOP
1. No Techniker showed up at the appointment(29.07.2021)
2. No Router was sent to me by the appointment(29.07.2021)
3. The staff at Telekom Stuttgart shop (especially the manager) do not know anything about their products
4. The staff at Telekom Stuttgart shop (especially the manager) did not even try to solve my problem
5. A lot of promised calls did not happen (I am sure that my cellphone is all the time available)
6. Most people I reached online/phone call do not even try to be responsible
7. Nobody is reaching me for my contract which should be working on 29.07
8. Ordering me contracts/routers without telling the details or without my permission

Hi there, sorry that you are disappointed by your experience. However, if you would like the Community members to help you, we need a little more information. Which contract (i.e. tariff plan...) did you make? Have you received a confirmation / Auftragsbestätigung?
On which date did you make the contract? What exactly do you mean by "ordering ... without my permission"?

Since none of you is helping or even contacting me. I called Telekom and made myself a new contract. (Let us hope this will work)
Now there is only one thing I expect you to take care of. Please return the money (14,23 Euro) you picked wrongly from my account.
In the attachment, it is very clearly written that the services are all cancelled.
Please answer me why I get the Rechnung even after you cancelled all the services. And please tell me when and how Telekom gonna return my money.

Please remove your personal details from the post / remove the attachments!
But as I have already read your attachments: The invoice has reached you in the same month you have cancelled the respective contracts. As it takes a while to pass the information through to the invoicing department, it is quite common that the next invoice after a termination of a contract therefore shows a wrong amount. This will be corrected automatically within the next month.

Hello,
First thanks very much for such a fast reply. I actually do not expect my problem to be solved anymore and I will try to quit my contract in the end. I may go to a lawyer in the worst case.
For more details you can check my another answer.
I wonder if there is an efficient way to force them to look at the Stuttgart shop. In my point of view, No one there is qualified to proceed with anything.

Hello everyone, @Sören G. @Malte M. @Anna J.
Just to write to update. My new contract, which I totally made myself, is working now.
And during the whole time (more than one month). Nobody in the help group tried to contact me. The message from @Sören G. is nothing but a lie. I have not got anything from him as promised.
Unfortunately, Telekom is the only choice I have if I want to use the Glas-Faser in my apartment. I highly advise anybody who reads this message, if you have any other choice:
DO NOT use Telekom. Even if you have to deal with Telekom, NEVER EVER GO TO STUTTGART TELEKOM SHOP.
I do not expect any help anymore. Just hope I will soon get the chance to change my internet contract to another company who can provide me Glas-Faser as well.
Very very disappointed and will always advise against Telekom to my friends
