I am in the USAF and I was stationed in Germany. I received orders back to the united states where I am currently located. I didn't realized that the cellular contract would continue to renew itself. I no longer have access to the cell phone so I am only able to use my invoices to try and cancel the contract. I tried to utilize https://www.telekom.de/kontakt/e-mail-kontakt/mobilfunk/kuendigung-mobilfunk. But it would not take my information that I imputed into the website utilizing the invoices that I am still receiving. What can I do to accomplish canceling my contract while no longer being in Germany if the website doesn't want to take my info?
